One of the big differences between a training and a lecture is the personal relationship created during the training between the lecturer and the participants. The personal relationship enables progress at a pace that is optimally suited to the participants of the training. The personal relationship allows an immediate answering any question that arises during the training itself.
The Premium Public Courses
In our public premium courses we limit the number of participants – in each course to – 10 students. In this way, we enable an immediate answer to any question that arises during the training (similar to a private lesson). In this way, the trainer can feel the students and adjust the training accordingly.
Premium Training in High Tech Companies
In the premium courses we deliver to high-tech companies, we limit the number of participants in each course to 15 students. In this way, we enable an immediate answer to any question during the training (similar to a private lesson). In this way, the trainer can feel the students and adjust the training accordingly. The higher number of students (compared with the premium public courses) is thanks to the relatively better homogeneity we have in these courses.
The small number of students is a requirement we insist on. Without having a small number of students the training becomes kind of a lecture. Feeling the students during the training, providing a professional answer for every question that arises, and adjusting the training to the students’ capabilities and background are highly important for us.
