As far as dealing with pressures, programming studies are no different from other fields. When learning programming, sometimes we need to face pressures of various kinds, including the pressure to finish studying of a specific subject by a predetermined deadline.

What is The Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro technique is a time management method. When using the Pomodoro method we will use a timer to split our work execution into periods of 25 minutes each. Between these periods of time there will be short breaks (usually 3-5 minutes).

Pomodoro Video Clips

On YouTube, you can find many video clips that show a timer (sometimes accompanied by background music that is suitable for studies), and in addition to that include breaks every 25 minutes.

Did the Pomodoro method help you? Please note that as far as the exact times of each duration and each break are concerned, there are many variations. I recommend trying them… maybe longer durations will be more useful for you?
