Reverse Learning

Delivering professional training using the reverse learning methodology means that the students learn the topics they expect to cover in the coming meeting in advance, and during the meeting itself most of the time is dedicated to explaining the more difficult sub-topics, answering questions the student come with and practice. Given that we already have video clips, that include detailed training for each and every topic the courses cover, we can effectively use them by asking the students to watch them in advance. The reverse learning methodology usually succeeds when the students have the required time for doing their part at home and when they have the motivation for doing so.
