TaffyDB is a small JavaScript library that provides us with the functionality of a document oriented database. We can use it both on the server and on the client.
The following is the code that I was using in this video clip. Make sure you update the link to the TaffyDB JavaScript file before you run it.
<html> <head> </head> <body> <script src="taffy.js"></script> <script> var students = TAFFY([ {name:"danidin cohen",id:123123,average:100}, {name:"rami levy",id:53242312,average:92}, {name:"george kawasaky",id:54332435,average:100}]); students.insert({name:"mira regev",id:98679789,average:78}); document.write(students({average:100}).count()); </script> </body> </html>You can find the complete sample with all the other files it uses as well as slides and video clips for learning how to use this library in my new TaffyDB Basics free course at http://abelski.lifemichael.com.
