The panel “AI and the Future of Work: Reskilling, Automation, and Human Collaboration” at CyprusAIExpo 2026 focused on one of the most important transitions now taking place across industries: the changing relationship between people, technology, and work.
The Participants
Moderated by Andrea Gémesi, the conversation brought together Robert Kopi, Andy Gee, Andreas Theys and me for a practical discussion about the impact of AI on skills, roles, teams, and organizations. The panel explored how automation is changing the nature of work, why reskilling is becoming a strategic necessity, and how human collaboration remains essential in an AI-driven environment.
The Soundtrack
I tried to capture the panel on video. The quality wasn’t good, so I chose to release only the soundtrack. You can find it on YouTube at https://youtu.be/kusAJSAHYZc?si=d-jo_7i3jbQpgM54.
This panel was another reminder that the future of work is not only about automation, tools, or productivity. It is also about people, learning, adaptation, and the ability of organizations to rethink how humans and AI can work together. I was grateful to take part in this thoughtful conversation at CyprusAIExpo 2026. The discussion reinforced my belief that reskilling is no longer optional. It is becoming one of the most important responsibilities of professionals, educators, managers, and organizations that want to remain relevant in the AI era.
